my instuctor should have spent more time giving different options on landing. I am 76 yrs. old and don't have the flexibility of a yonger person. I had difficulty getting my legs back for landing,we had a hard landing
I fell foward with the instructor on top of me I hurt my right thumb.It's ok now. I don't know any solution to the problem at this time. It could be worked out in a static

The enviroment and the friendsliness of the staff. Its an inviting place and EVERYONE seems to be on point with there job! The instructor that walked all six of us through the pre-jump exercise was something i did not get my first jump 3 years ago. and even though i LOVED IT then, he made it that much better for those who did there first jump this time. I loved it the first time, but he made it even better this time. |

Im really mad and dissapointed about this place, i said i was going to buy the video but looks like they dont pay attention and didnt even record a video, definetely a place to not recommend, very unhappy with this place |

Surviving the initial jump out of the plane. Didn't think I could do it. One of my proudest moments. Secondly, joking around with Kazu and Ron (my brother in laws instuctor). Very funny and personable guys, kept us entertained. |

How the video was so expensive. Strapping a GoPro camera on the instructors wrist, editing the video, and burning it to a DVD is not a $100 dollar worth. Had the video been $50 dollars or maybe even $75 i would have definitely have bought it and thats $50/75 more profit you guys would have made than me not buying the video at the $100 dollar price. |

| Yesterday, my son Taylor and I took our first jump. It was his 18th birthday and my mid-life crisis at 50. I’m writing to tell you that the entire experience was first-class. If you were to rate a skydiving experience for a newbie, you would want to have a thrill without feeling your life was in danger, you’d want great people to jump with, and a great record of the experience. We can say without a doubt that you hit all three out of the park. I went up with Dave Cole who had done something like 5000 jumps, and seemed to know everything about everything. My son did his tandem with Kazu Oyama “Big Jap”, who is a human highlight reel of facial expressions, and non-stop distributor of shit your pants one-liners like “my dad was in world war II – he did like 42 kamakaze missions.” Even if this isn’t the first time he told this one, it gets better with age, and worth a gut laugh along with his other stuff. Carl Smith “Smitty” was our outside videographer and a veteran of a ridiculous 15,000 jumps since the 1960s, having jumped with bed sheets and garbage bags along the way. We had fun on the ground, fun on the plane, and the shock of a lifetime falling out of that plane at 13,000 feet. Maybe best of all, Dano, the video editor put together a mind-blowing video that way-exceeded our expectations. He was flexible and even gave us the raw footage so we could change the music and make other edits if we wanted. Lots if companies are assholes about this, thinking the only way they get more business is to force their advertising on their clients. You get business through referrals like this one! Keith was very cool and helpful, made it easy. I had been thinking about this for 40 years, but could never do it. Thanks to Keith I did it.
Most important thing to me was professionalism of staff, making me feel as comfortable and safe as possible |

The anxiety the week before waiting until sunday for the jump. Once there, staff took over and it worked!!! |

| What was your most favorite thing about your skydive?: |
The rush and feeling you get when you land. This experience reminds you of what it is to be "alive." Also, I felt safe the entire time and fr my first time thats saying alot. The video and ability to choose your soundtrack was an awesome touch.... no cheese elevator music. The staff is friendly and helpful which is appreciated. |
| What was your least favorite thing about your skydive?: |
The awkwardness upon arrival. I dont need a red carpet, ticker tape or a cheesy greeter when I arrive but a greeting and some instruction of what to do and where to go would have been nice. All and all its more of a note rather than criticism. |

The whole thing was awesome, the plane ride sketched me out because I'm afraid of heights. However, you really don't have time to be afraid you're just enjoying it way too much! The best part was floating through the air once the parachute was open its a surreal experience. Also this may sound like a little kid, but steering it was cool too. |

The landing... because that meant it was over. |

As someone who is afraid of heights (unless holding on to something) it was great I'm definitely saving money to come back again, awesome experience. |
